Tera Andrianoff is a full-stack software engineer who after 10 years of industry experience and the Carnegie Mellon MHCI masters program knows what it takes to deliver a great user experience. She builds systems to delight and empower users, offers insights before the first line of code is written, and works hard to support the teams around her.
She has worked across a variety of domains, including video games at Demiurge Studios, electronic medical records at Amazing Charts, social media at Jobcase Inc., and biometrics at Aware Inc.
